We understand that for many of our customers it's hard to wait in for a delivery. Some of you may even be put off ordering altogether because you're not sure if the order can be posted through their letterbox or the exact timing of the delivery.
We are now able to offer you a new delivery option where we will send your order to your local post office and you can collect it at a time convenient for you. There are over 15,000 post offices providing this service in the UK and you can choose a branch nearest your home or office.
All you need to do to use this FREE service is select the post office link on the delivery options page during the ordering process and simply tell us which Post Office you would like the package delivered to and we will make sure the package is at a Post OfficeT branch around the corner waiting to be collected.

Secure - Identification is required to collect the goods. You will have to show proof of ID including a Paid Utility bill, Driving license or Credit/Debit card
All orders will need to be collected within 7 days of it reaching the post office, or they'll send it back to us. This service is only available during normal Post Office working hours.
